Dress like a Frenchwoman.

My mother used to use a phrase: "Dress like a Frenchwoman mi Amor". A multifaceted woman with a sense of adventure and originality, a self-discovery woman who wants to look stunning even in the hard times.

You are already beautiful, now let's be bold. Make sure you are conscious of how the clothes, cut and colors are going to look at you according with your body shape.

Consider the details as important as the rest of the outfit. For example, your accessories your shoes and handbags should be chic, of good quality and tasteful.

Buy the right size

Don't waste money on buying something just because it's on sale. Only buy clothes that are not too long, loose, short, small or big for you.

Buy fun colors

Look at magazines like Vogue, Elle, InStyle, etc. These will give you the color scheme of that season. Try incorporating that color in a little to stay fashion forward. For example, try to buy red ballet flats or a yellow belt, or an orange handbag that you can wear way more. A handbag helps you carry things from diaper to snakes to reading materials. And when you think of moving out for a night-out on the town, these handbags come with high use as they can house in the bare necessities.

 Buy "solid colors"

50% of your closet should be solid colored, staple pieces. A pair of good jeans will go a long way, and a black dress is an instant classic, fitting jeans, nude heels, a beige coat, black blazer, solid white tees, ballet flats, brown boots, a tailored pencil skirt, etc. Investing in these items will pay off, in the long run.

Buy fun, trendy pieces.

Having trendy pieces will make a bold fashion statement and let you have fun with fashion. But then again, trends are just that TRENDS. Something might be in style, but if it doesn't work for your body type, it's best to not waste the money. Try buying pieces like cool necklaces instead.

Add dimension to your outfit. Throw on a trench jacket.

Just Remember

Confidence, It's the most important thing a woman can have. Keep a smile on your face and Think Stunning. As Coco Chanel once said "Get yourself fully dressed and then, before walking out the front door, pause by the mirror and remove one item."
