Hummus. A healthy and easy lunch!

Homemade hummus is very easy to make and it tastes much better than anything you can buy at the store. Pack it in our Lunch Bag and eat fresh on the go, without sacrificing style! 


1 can of chickpeas 

2 large lemons 

2 tablespoons of well-stirred tahini

2 tablespoons of shredded ginger 

1 teaspoon of ground cumin

Salt to taste

1/4 cup of water


In the bowl of a food processor, combine all the ingredients together and process for 1 minute, scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl then process for 30 seconds more. This extra time helps “whip” or “cream” the tahini, making the hummus smooth and creamy.
