Can I change my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email: nancy@thinkstunning.com to request a change.
After that time, your order has been processed and unfortunately, cannot be changed.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy, simply return the regular priced items in its original condition within 15 days of the date you received the item for a full refund, less shipping costs.

How will I be charged and in what currency?

Purchases made online will be charged to your provided credit card. You can choose to shop in either CAD or USD (change your currency in the top right corner of the website).

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and all transactions are run securely through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).

 

Can I trust that my credit card transaction is safe?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

We will email you when your product has been shipped and provide you with the tracking number to track your package.
